Centering the communities most impacted
Public health officials, dermatologists, primary care providers, health equity researchers and people living with AD guide this work, including voices from the Black, Indigenous and communities of color most impacted by access barriers. No single discipline addresses complex public health challenges alone. Diversity isn’t an afterthought. It’s central to how this initiative is designed.
This collaborative structure balances clinical expertise, population health strategy and lived experience to ensure decision-making and deliverables are scientifically sound, practically useful and genuinely responsive to the voices of communities experiencing the greatest barriers to AD care.
